The Transylvania County Library is offering an exploration of the arts with local artists in the month of April. The programs are free, but registration is required for each program. Call us at 884-3151 ext. 3 or stop by the youth services desk to sign up NOW as space is limited! Tuesday April 19, 2016 – 4pm-5pm – Irish Music with Guest Artist Aoife Clancy (ages 6-10) Aoife will be using her Irish drum called a bodharn (bow-raun) and her guitar. The group will participate in some body percussion and three-part harmony singing. Children will also learn an Irish gig.
