INQUIRE WITHIN- ENQUEERY THE BODY. This double-themed, 6-days workshop offers a intensive inquiry of the Axis Syllabus. The Axis Syllabus is a trans-disciplinary Toolbox which provides discoveries and tactics for improving movement education and practices. The results of the exploration can be applied in yoga or dance, and might support the realization and appreciation of individual body functions and offerings. Through involved discussion, cultivation of our own understanding, and exploration of principles, we'll experience and actualize theoretical insight. This workshop is open to all!
