Join All or Nothing as they help you climb, swing and suspend yourself in the air on aerial silks; as seen on the BBC’s idents, Pink’s tour and as part of Cirque du Soleil. Starting with a warm up to prepare you for going upwards, the workshop will introduce basic moves, climbs and wraps on fabric and show you how to combine them to perform a short aerial sequence. The session will end with a cool down and stretches. Suitable for absolute beginners and those with some aerial experience, the workshop will be led by professional aerialist Jennifer Paterson.
