Selena may be gone, but she's never forgotten! In honor of the 20th anniversary of her death, the city of Corpus Christi, Texas, will honor la reina original with a two-day celebration this April called "Fiesta de la Flor." For those of us that can not make it to Corpus Christi, we are going to commemorate Selena here in San Antonio by hosting a 5K in her honor! The 5K will be on April 18th at 8am. $10 per family to participate and 100% of that money will go to the Selena Foundation which gives scholarships to children. Location will most likely be a route on the River Walk. Stay tuned for more details Any help with promoting or organizing this event is greatly appreciated!
