Every year I find myself missing the amazing feeling that comes with singing Christmas carols, the old fashioned way. We used to do this through St. Matt's but they no longer organize it so I am going to give it a try this year. Anyone who loves the Christmas spirit, needs some Christmas spirit or just likes to sing should join us! I am trying to make a list of many of the elderly in the area who can not get out to see the lights, decorations and hustle and bustle of the season. We will be walking from place to place, including some of the houses that are really decked out as I think those people would also enjoy some carolers. We will meet at 6pm in the parking lot of The Conshohocken Library on Sunday Dec. 22 and Monday Dec 23rd. I will soon post a list of the songs so everyone can brush up on their lyrics. No need for any practice, everyone knows which parts they sing! If this is something that would bring some Christmas spirit to you, even if you feel you can't sing, please come, all are welcome!! Please send me a message on facebook erika weinmann whisted or email me [email protected] so I can get a head count. Thanks so much!
