Each year our Volunteer Front of House assistants take part in a collaborative project with guidance from Camden Arts Centre. This year’s project Market to Market seeks to explore and research different kinds of ‘marketplace’, both as a site, as well as a concept. During their research, the Volunteers drew a parallel between their process of exchange when working collaboratively and that of the street markets which form an essential part of London’s culture, to achieve rich and culturally diverse outcomes. Join us for a free weekend salon where the team will present the culmination of their research in the Artists’ Studio. What's On Audience Participation Corner Saturday 26 – Sunday 27 November, 10.00am – 6.00pm Visitors are invited to contribute their own thoughts and experiences of London’s street markets using either words or illustrations. This space is open for visitors to drop in and explore across the weekend. Poetry Performances Saturday 26 November, 10.00am – 5.30pm Camden Arts Centre’s Front of House Volunteers will perform poetry readings inspired by the project every two hours in the Artists’ Studio.
